What a Session Looks Like

Every OOVI session is a focused, structured experience designed to help you build practical skills. You'll work alongside a small group of peers, guided by a certified OOVI Guide through a topic from the CBI curriculum. Sessions are supportive, confidential, and action-oriented.

An OOVI Guide Reaches Out

Within 24 hours (usually within the hour), a certified OOVI Guide will contact you to introduce themselves and answer any questions.

Initial Assessment Meeting

Meet with your guide for an assessment to understand your goals and develop a personalized growth plan tailored to you.

Begin Weekly Group Sessions

Start attending weekly group sessions with your guide and a small group of peers, working through the CBI curriculum together.
