I acknowledge the importance of safeguarding the narratives and struggles that are shared within this trusted space, recognizing the power of confidentiality in building trust and fostering a sense of belonging. By upholding this commitment, I affirm my dedication to creating an environment where every participant feels comfortable and secure in sharing their experiences without fear of judgment or exposure.
3. I will not disclose or discuss any information shared by other members within or outside the online community room, including on social media or other digital platforms. I fully comprehend the sensitive nature of the topics discussed within the community room and during the group sessions and the potential impact that a breach of confidentiality could have on the emotional well-being of each participant. I undertake to be mindful of the trust placed in me and to refrain from any action that could compromise the sanctity of the shared space.
4. I will not use any means, including screenshots or any evidence-grabbing tools, to capture or retain any shared information from the group sessions or within the online community room. I acknowledge that technology poses a potential threat to the privacy and security of the group sessions and the online community room, and therefore, I will exercise caution and restraint in the use of any digital tools that could compromise the confidentiality of the discussions. By refraining from any form of data capture, I aim to ensure the protection and integrity of the shared experiences and maintain the trust that is fundamental to the success of the community.
5. I understand that breaching confidentiality may result in my dismissal from current and future group sessions and may have legal consequences. I am aware of the implications of violating the confidentiality agreement and the impact it could have on my participation in future sessions and within the online community room. I acknowledge that breaching confidentiality not only undermines the trust within the community but also has legal ramifications that could result in severe consequences. By acknowledging these potential repercussions, I affirm my commitment to upholding the confidentiality standards set forth in this agreement, demonstrating my respect for the well-being and privacy of my fellow community members.

Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, OOVI may collect personally identifiable information, such as your Legal Full Name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, employer, and job title when applicable.
If you purchase OOVI's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
OOVI may also collect anonymous demographic information that is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, race, religion, political affiliation, and income, when applicable.

Right to Deletion

Children Under Eighteen
